Coffee was introduced to this region 200 years ago. Baixa Mogiana is organized into three subdivisions: Alta, Media and Baixa. In addition, it has an association that represents local producers, called Alta Mogiana Specialty Coffee.
Chiapas is the leader in coffee production in Mexico. Its conditions are similar to countries like Vietnam and China, and it has a yield per hectare higher than the world average.
Los Santos, formerly known as Tarrazú, is a coffee-growing region in Costa Rica that produces some of the most exquisite coffee beans in the world. Protected by mountain ranges on the Pacific slope, it is home to small valleys and mountain slopes where coffee flourishes.
From the high mountains of Risaralda, Colombia comes a coffee that is as vibrant and diverse as the region itself. Known for its exceptional quality and distinctive flavor, Risaralda coffee is the result of the perfect combination of altitude, climate and dedication of coffee growers.
One of Ethiopia's most prolific growing regions, Sidamo produces large volumes of coffee of consistent quality each year. Ethiopian Sidamo coffee is wet processed (washed) and is widely known for its rich, full body, sweet and complex flavor, low acidity, floral aroma and a bright, smooth finish.
