BALI was born in the middle of the pandemic along with the birth of Francesco by Hernán and Agostina. In a time of so much uncertainty, we are committed to the knowledge and challenge of a new project.
El nombre lo elegimos porque la Isla de Bali es un destino paradisiaco ubicado en Indonesia que nos encanta, porque además de tener playas y paisajes increíbles, son grandes productores de Café (aunque también es cierto que su sabor genera amores y odios por ser un sabor muy especial).

Bali Specialty Coffee and La Malacara Restaurant are much more than a specialty coffee brand and a restaurant: We are a empresa de servicios gastronómicos, we offer quality take-away food and we also work catering for events, film and television filming and sports competitions. We take our gastronomic products wherever we go, and Those who have known us have always repeated it.
The challenge we pose at BALI is to find the sweetness in coffee through proper roasting, and for you to discover with us the different types and flavors that it has. We hope you enjoy our options very soon.

We roast coffee naturally every week, and our intention is that we can be part of most of the coffee process until it reaches your cup and that you always have it close by.
We love coffee
The idea of roasting our own coffee comes from the need to find a natural and quality product. A product that we could use in La Malacara and also offer to our clients for their own consumption, with the certainty of knowing its origins, the health of its soil and that it would also respect our sustainability values. The only way to do this was to be in contact with each stage of the process, that's how we started this journey.
Pride and passion
We want to bring coffee culture closer to clients, people and hoteliers in which they can not only access our varieties, but also train and learn essential aspects of coffee to serve a high-quality product. Our specialty coffee beans come from all over the world, we select them and take care of their roasting to preserve the quality of each product as much as possible and offer the best result in each blend.
