About us
BALI was born in the middle of the pandemic along with the birth of Francesco by Hernán and Agostina. In a time of so much uncertainty, we are committed to the knowledge and challenge of a new project.
We chose the name because the Island of Bali is a paradisiacal destination located in Indonesia that we love, because in addition to having incredible beaches and landscapes, they are great producers of Coffee (although it is also true that its flavor generates love and hate for being a flavor special).
In BALI you will find specialty coffee of different origins to enjoy and savor at home or in our Italian-Argentine still life “La Malacara” Located in the Concepción neighborhood in Madrid, where we serve it with great care and professionalism in hand-made cups to make your experience even more pleasant.
The challenge we pose at BALI is to find the sweetness in coffee through proper roasting, and for you to discover with us the different types and flavors that it has. We hope you enjoy our options very soon.

We roast coffee naturally every week, and our intention is that we can be part of most of the coffee process until it reaches your cup and that you always have it close by.
We love coffee
The idea of roasting our own coffee comes from the need to find a natural and quality product. A product that we could use in La Malacara and also offer to our clients for their own consumption, with the certainty of knowing its origins, the health of its soil and that it would also respect our sustainability values. The only way to do this was to be in contact with each stage of the process, that's how we started this journey.
Pride and passion
We want to bring coffee culture closer to clients, people and hoteliers in which they can not only access our varieties, but also train and learn essential aspects of coffee to serve a high-quality product.
